Westrchem ® STR-83F is a High cost-effectiveness Environmental Friendly Auxiliary Heat Stabilizer,Used in the processing of PVC products, it can adsorb a large amount of hydrogen chloride, reduce the release of hydrogen chloride from PVC under heat and shear, and also chelate the allyl chloride released during the processing, thus possessing good thermal stability.
As a Environmental Friendly Auxiliary Heat Stabilizer,Used in composite lead salt stabilizers, it replaces three or two salts and has excellent synergistic stability with lead stearate, reflecting excellent thermal stability, initial coloring, and can absorb ultraviolet rays to improve the weather resistance of outdoor products.

Performance Characteristics

※ It can completely replace lead series and organic tin stabilizers, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, safe and hygienic; And it is a PVC Heat Stabilizers that caters to future development trends;
※ High whiteness, small particle size, large specific surface area, efficient adsorption, acid resistance, heat resistance, and other properties;
※ In application, the processability remains unchanged, the torque is better and more stable, and the thermal stability remains unchanged or slightly improved while replacing about 10% lead salt (calculated as lead oxide, such as trisodium salt, or other lead containing monomer stabilizers) in equal amounts;
※ It has good initial coloring and surface brightness, After adding 10-15% of this product to the lead salt stabilizer, the lead content can be adjusted to 12-15%, and its thermal stability performance can be equivalent to that of a stabilizer with a lead content of 25-32%.
